Invictus Athlete is CrossFit training program designed to help you improve and compete at a higher level in the sport of fitness. No matter what your current level of competitive experience, this comprehensive CrossFit training program will incorporate all facets of strength, skill and energy system development into your training, and also address the areas preventing you from reaching your full potential.
The methodologies used in this program have been tested for more than 10 years within the walls of our gym in San Diego, as well as with our private remote clients around the world and the results speak for themselves.

What it does
This program is designed to push you in all aspects of the ‘Sport of Fitness,’ so you improve for your next competition and will prepare you for the demands of the sport of CrossFit.
What you get
6 days per week of programming that follows cycles for the CrossFit competition season, and is generally laid out with one to two strength progressions each day, conditioning and then accessory work along with feedback from some of the highest level coaches in the industry. Access to the Masters Program. *Additional accessory sessions with Athlete+ subscription.
